J ohn's love of cooking began when he was very young. He used to help his mother cook for the family. His favourite dish is Spaghetti Putanesca with home-made pasta. After graduating from school he honed his skills working in a variety of restaurants working his way up from kitchenhand to head-cook and still believes the most important quality of a cook is the passion they have for food.
Michael also grew up surrounded by people who loved cooking, serving and eating. After graduating from University he and his childhood friend John decided to quit their fulltime jobs to fulfill their desire to own their own restaurant where they could share their passion with people every day.
